At Zolace Pets, we aim to provide prompt and efficient delivery of your pet supplies. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your order has been placed.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days, calculated at checkout.
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days, additional fees may apply.
    • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
  • International Shipping: We currently only ship within The United States. We hope to expand internationally soon.
  • Delays: While we strive to meet the above delivery times, external factors such as holidays or courier delays may affect shipping times. Please allow extra time during these periods.
  • Shipping Issues: If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Return Policy

We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, our return policy ensures a smooth return process.

  • Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please email our customer service at zolacegrooming@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. For defective items, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized products cannot be returned.
  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
